All our T-shirt design packages include an initial consultation to understand your brand, target audience, and design vision. A final quote for the Standard Package will be provided after the initial consultation, based on the anticipated complexity.
Standard T-Shirt Design Package: $475 – $900
This package is perfect for individuals or businesses looking for a professional and complete T-shirt design solution. The price within this range will be quoted based on the complexity assessment during our initial consultation.
(This estimated price range is based on approximately 3.8 to 7.2 hours of design and project management time to deliver the scope outlined below. This typically covers designs of simple to moderate complexity.)
What’s Included:
Custom T-Shirt Design (1 Concept):
Unique design tailored to your specifications.
High-resolution, print-ready files (e.g., .AI, .EPS, .PNG, .PDF).
Mockups:
6 High-Quality Mockups showcasing the design on various T-shirt models or styles. This helps visualize the final product.
Revision Rounds:
3 Rounds of Revisions to refine the chosen design concept.
Color Variations:
2 Color Variations of the final design. This allows you to see how the design looks on different colored T-shirts or with alternate color schemes.
Garment Variations:
Adaptation of the design for 2 Different Garment Types (e.g., standard tee, hoodie, tank top). Minor adjustments for placement and scale are included. Significant redesigns for vastly different garment types may require quoting as an add-on.
Estimated Turnaround Time: 3 – 7 business days (depending on complexity and client feedback speed)
Optional Add-Ons:
Additional Design Concept: $250 – $375 (Estimated 2-3 hours)
Additional Mockup: $35 per mockup (Estimated 0.25 hours)
Additional Revision Round: $65 – $125 per round (Estimated 0.5-1 hour)
Additional Color Variation: $35 – $65 per variation (Estimated 0.25-0.5 hours)
Additional Garment Variation: $65 – $125 per garment (Estimated 0.5-1 hour, depending on adaptation complexity)
Source File Ownership (e.g., fully editable .AI or .PSD): $75 – $125 (Covers file preparation and licensing, estimated 0.5-1 hour)
Rush Service (faster turnaround): +25% to +50% of total project cost (subject to availability)
Logo Design (if a new logo is needed for the T-shirt): Starting at $600 (Separate quote)
Complex Illustrations or Custom Typography: Starting at an additional $125 (Billed based on actual time, minimum 1 extra hour)
Other Services: Any services not listed above will be quoted separately at $125/hour, with a minimum 2-hour engagement if a standalone task.
How It Works:
Consultation: We discuss your needs, ideas, and timeline.
Quote: Based on the consultation, you’ll receive a detailed quote for the Standard Package (within the range above) or for custom services.
Deposit: A 50% deposit is typically required to commence work.
Design Phase: We create the initial design concept(s).
Feedback & Revisions: You provide feedback, and we make revisions as per the agreed rounds.
Finalization: Once approved, we prepare and deliver all final files.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion and delivery of files.

Prompt and consolidated feedback is appreciated to keep the project on schedule.
Prices are estimates and can be adjusted based on the final project scope agreed upon in the official quote.
The minimum project fee of $250 (2 hours @ $125/hr) applies to any engagement.
